All our Keytags measure approximately 2" x 0.75" (51 x 19 mm) and are made from 100% Microsurfaced Impact Acrylic. Wood grain and metal finishes are simulated and will vary slightly with each tag. Unless otherwise specified, the edges and back of each tag are the same color as the engraved lettering. Neon colors appear more vibrant in person.
We do our best to ensure every order is delivered promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur after the carrier has received the shipment. Once your order has shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
FedEx Standard Overnight shipping is available for domestic orders placed before 4pm EST. Overnight orders placed on the weekend or after 4pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Again, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur after the carrier has received the shipment.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your order is returned to sender, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost required to re-ship your order.
Free shipping is not available for wholesale orders.
We accept returns for up to 7 days from your receipt of your purchase. (For all orders shipped without tracking, we reserve the right to use our own delivery date estimation.) To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method upon our receipt of your return. Please note that it may take several days or more for the funds to return to your original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs required to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be not be refunded.
When returning an item or items, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the total value of the return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return. If the shipping service you select damages or loses the shipment, we cannot process your return or offer you a refund.
